Made-to-order process
After the order specification is confirmed, the studio prepares your artwork by hand. We share completion photographs for review before shipment preparation. Small variations in brushwork and color transitions are expected in handmade work.
Shipping & packaging
Rolled canvases are protected in reinforced tubes. Stretched and framed works are corner-protected and boxed or crated according to their finished size and surface relief.
Returns & changes
Return eligibility depends on whether the artwork is standard or customized. Custom dimensions, altered colors and personalized commissions require approval before production and may not be returnable.

What to know before ordering.
Will my artwork look exactly like the image?
The composition and overall palette follow the selected reference, while brushwork, texture ridges and small color transitions vary naturally from one hand-painted work to another.
Can you adjust the colors for my room?
Restrained palette adjustments may be possible. Send clear daylight photographs or material references before production so feasibility can be reviewed.
How do I choose rolled, stretched or framed?
Rolled canvas is useful for local framing and easier transport. Gallery wrapped arrives stretched. A float frame provides the most finished architectural presentation.
How should textured artwork be handled?
Handle from the frame or protected edges, never by pressing the painted surface. Keep deep texture away from abrasion, moisture and direct heat.
